Return & Refund
We need each patron of Mykitchenus to feel assured and thrilled with their earrings purchase. If your order isn't always pretty right, our return and refund method is designed to be sincere and fair.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:
- The earrings is unworn and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and certificates are included.
- The item shows no signs of damage or alteration, except it arrived defective.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Used, broken, or altered earrings
- Gift cards or promotional items
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, email support@mykitchenus.com with:
- Your order number
- A quick explanation of the reason for the return
- Photos if the item is defective, broken, or incorrect
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (incorrect item, defective, or broken), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable carrier.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds or replacements will be offered for:
- Defective or broken items (reported within 7 days of delivery)
- Incorrect merchandise shipped
- Lost shipments verified through the carrier
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed by contacting us at support@mykitchenus.com. After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipped.
