1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

• The earrings is unworn and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, and certificates are included.
• The item shows no signs of damage or alteration, except it arrived defective.

We cannot accept returns for:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Used, broken, or altered earrings
• Gift cards or promotional items

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, email support@mykitchenus.com with:

1. Your order number
2. A quick explanation of the reason for the return
3. Photos if the item is defective, broken, or incorrect

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (incorrect item, defective, or broken), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable carrier.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:
